Notification:

All customer support services and policies will be only applied to orders directly on https://www.triumphlaser.net/

If your products are not purchased from our official website https://www.triumphlaser.net/ but purchased through our store on other shopping platforms, we will not be responsible for your order.

All Laser machines have 2 years warranty after purchase. During the warranty period, we will be responsible for all machine failure and damage except personal improper use, maintenance, or storage. 

Notice Again: Please don't hire any third party to fix your laser machine or any machine problem, Triumphlaser repair station will be responsible for them. A 2 years warranty is under the condition that all repair jobs will be operated by Triumphlaser officials, as you hire a third party to fix the machine, the 2 years warranty will be invalid.

Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Triumphlaser. We stand behind the quality of our laser machines and accessories. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us first and our team will assist you with technical support, repair, replacement parts, or other solutions.

Important: All returns or exchanges must be approved by us in advance. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled for a full refund before shipment.
  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is still possible, but shipping, handling, and transaction fees may be deducted from the refund.

2. Return Authorization (Required)

To return any product, you must first contact us and obtain Return Authorization.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for return
  • Photos or videos (if there is a problem)

3. Return Policy

Accessories

  • Accessories and consumables can be returned within 30 days after delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Laser Machines (Industrial Equipment)

Laser machines are high-value industrial equipment, not consumer products.
Returns are accepted only if:

  • The machine is unused and in original packaging, or
  • The machine has quality problems confirmed by our technical team.

Used machines without quality issues are not eligible for return or exchange.

For used machines, we provide technical support, repair service, replacement parts, and warranty service instead of returns.


4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used machines without quality problems
  • Products damaged due to improper use
  • Items without original packaging
  • Custom or special-order machines
  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Consumables and customized products
  • Products purchased from third-party platforms

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned items are received and inspected.
  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after inspection.
  • Refunds are issued via PayPal as the preferred refund method.
  • If another refund method is required, it can be arranged by mutual agreement.
  • Shipping costs, transaction fees, and handling fees may be deducted from the refund.

6. Exchanges & Repairs

We offer free repair, replacement parts, or replacement machine if:

  • The product has manufacturing defects
  • The machine was damaged during shipping
  • Parts are missing from the package

Please contact us within 7 days after delivery for exchange or damage claims.
